Preventing Musculoskeletal Injuries

The term musculoskeletal injury, covers any injury, damage or disorder of the joints, muscles, tendons , ligaments, nerves, blood vessels or other tissues in the upper/lower limbs or the back. The best way to prevent musculoskeletal disorders is to identify and remove risk factors through a detailed risk assessment.

Functional Assesment

Functional Rehabilitation

Functional rehabilitation program incorporates agility and proprioceptive/kinesthetic training, as well as the traditional elements of physical therapy such as strength and flexibility, which enables the patient to participate at preinjury levels of activity while reducing the risk of recurrent injury.
